Welcome to Lodge at Stone Oak Ranch

Can anyone use $150?

Invite friends, family and co-workers to live here at The Lodge at Stone Oak Ranch and after they move in, Greystar will pay you $150.00 for each referral. For further information, call the leasing office 512-258-1353.

The community management team is very excited about the restored look the community will have this coming year and we hope you will enjoy what is being done to enhance your quality of life. Below is an outline:

Pool - The pool is now up to code and is ready for you to take a refreshing dip or sunbathe in the poolside chairs and lounges. The pool gates have been repaired and have new codes. Please contact the office if you need entry assistance.

Access Gate - For the week of March 10, 2008, the vehicular access gate system will be in full operation. An entry gate code is being assigned and will be changed every quarter. Please contact the office for assistance as well as to providing your local phone number for guest access.

Exterior Lighting - Your home will shine even brighter with repaired exterior building and lamp post lights! Up coming lighting repairs will include landscape lighting.

Fire System - The fire system has been brought to code and is in proper working function. Thank you all for your patience and cooperation to get this life/safety system in full operation.

Landscape - Tree trimming will be done throughout the community in sections. Flowers are being changed seasonally to restore the community's luster.

After-hour Courtesy Service - An on-site associate will conduct periodic nightly checks as well as respond to disturbance calls other than emergency 9-1-1 calls. Keep an eye out for a future Community Crime Watch Meeting.

Resident Socials - Thank you to all that participated in our first resident brunch. We hope to see you all at the next gathering!
